Don Paco 12-B Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

Renovated apartment in the Levante-Rincón de Loix area, Benidorm, just 2 minutes from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (the main one en suite) and capacity for 6 people (sofa bed in living room).

This 68 m² apartment is tastefully furnished and modern, with a large glazed terrace with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal and children's pool open seasonally (01/06-30/09), outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 televisions (bedrooms and Smart TV in the dining room), iron and hairdryer.

The American induction cooker is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and the check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is withheld on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00am

Great views..near beach..nice little pool but not a lot of shade just fine for 4 people although could fit 6 with sofa in living room..washing machine which was easy to use .theres a small supermarket below apartment which is very handy but pricey....overall everything was as it looks in apartment would say here again definitely

Don paco was lovely , we would defo stay again.

Location good ( for the price paid) Very secure & spacious living area There wasn’t enough wardrobe space . Only noticed the built in wardrobe on 2nd day . A hanger on wall for jackets would be good. A long mirror would also of been nice. There were on cereal bowls.

Location perfect Very modern Everything that was needed was provided(washing machine, fridge/freezer/kettle/brush & mop etc) Bathroom draws were broken - although didn’t affect us as other draws were available and soon as reported to the staff they offered to have a maintenance team around to immediately fix, but as it didn’t affect us we said this was ok for the Duration of our stay)

Lovely apartment, very light and bright with good air con. It had all we needed and having 2 bathrooms was ideal. comfortable beds and great showers. The location is ideal for the beach and bars. Just niggles really, not enough coat hangers and wardrobe in twin room was very small. Lifts are only small and beeped with 4 adults in them, so one of us had to walk down the 12 floors!

Brilliant apartment, highly recommend.

Perfect location and really good views. The beds were really comfy and the place was very clean. Such a lovely little apartment and would definitely recommend and would book again if I went back. The pool area was clean too and usually quiet. Took us a while to work out how to use the aircon and had to ring the office. There should have been instructions where to locate the button to turn them on as it wasn't obvious.

great location- near to the beach and all the bars but nice a quiet Great for a Gorky weekend away, plenty of room and had fab equipped kitchen Be good to have a mirror in the bedroom ideally full length for getting ready As only a mirror in each bathroom which can be difficult when you’ve got 5 women trying to get ready wasn’t aware there wasn’t any water in the pool, which was disappointing especially as it was 24 degrees in April when we visited

Lovely apartment and views to die for . Clean and modern in a good location within a residential block. Lifts are tiny but reliable and fast. All communal areas are clean and well maintained. Well appointed kitchen and smart TV in the living room. Beds are comfy and the sun room is a spectacular sun trap for the winter months. I just loved being able to see all around from the sea view to the mountains. A few directions once inside would be good, just a small user manual. We had no WiFi until we found the switch on the extension lead was switched off behind the TV. Took a day to figure out the unmarked switch in the kitchen needed pressing to turn on the air conditioning&#47heating and spent a night cold until I found two duvets in a cupboard but we could have done with more. Also odd that the ensuite has two singles and not the double bed. I would think the master suite should have the double and the singles in the other bedroom but that&#39s just my opinion (mainly because people of a certain age need the loo in the night) having said that,these are minor things and we overcame them all without the need for assistance. There was however a number I could have called if needed but luckily having the family with me , we worked it all out in the end.

Maravillosa volveremos

Nos encantaron las vistas al mar, además estaba cerca del paseo marítimo y tenía muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El alojamiento muy moderno y acogedor sin duda volveremos a repetir. El chico que nos entregó las llaves muy simpático también nos lo explico todo perfectamente, además el sitio para recoger las llaves estaba muy cerca del apartamento. Otro plus para nosotros es la plaza de aparcamiento que tiene el apartamento ya que al estar tan cerca del la playa dificulta mucho el tema de aparcar. Nosotros al alojarnos en el mes de septiembre también hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina del apartamento, cosa que está genial ya que era muy tranquila. Lo que no nos gustó es que por ejemplo habían algunos desperfectos en las paredes (nada que no se pueda arreglar) hay que tener en cuenta que tampoco hay champú, ni papel de cocina ni cosas tipo aceite, sal, detergente para la lavadora, pastillas para el lavavajillas… que nosotros personalmente si que hemos encontrado en otros alojamientos donde nos hemos hospedado. Destacar también que por lo menos para nosotros los cojines de las habitaciones era un poco altos, lo que a la hora de dormir nos resultaron un poco incómodos. Pero por el resto todo perfecto!

El apartamento está muy bien

El apartamento está muy bien. El colchón de la habitación de una cama es un poco duro (pero eso depende de cada cuerpo) y tiene ya cogido un poco de forma. Esa habitación era silenciosa, pero en la habitación de 2 camas se oía bastante los ruidos contiguos.

Muy buena ubicación

Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio y moderno. Cuenta con todo lo necesario Mas pequeño de lo que parece. El aire acondicionado se apagaba solo cada cierto tiempo y hacia muchisimo calor
