Ricciardi Palace - elegant mansion from the early 1900s - Apartment 2
Apartment no. 2 is a comfortable and elegant ground-floor accommodation with access from the entrance hall of Palazzo Ricciardi, a building dating back to the early 1900s and recently renovated to become a tourist residence. With eight different accommodation solutions and over thirty beds, it is suitable for meeting the needs of individuals, couples, families and groups.
Featuring classic Lecce vaulted ceilings and original furnishings, the apartment includes a double bedroom with its original "seminato" flooring and private bathroom, a spacious living/dining room leading to a small mezzanine, accessible by an elegant metal and wood staircase, a kitchenette, and a second bathroom. A French door leads to a charming open terrace, paved with reclaimed "antique chianche" tiles, overlooking the shared garden.
Palazzo Ricciardi is strategically located near the train station, almost opposite the "Castromediano" Provincial Museum, and just steps from the historic center.
All guests of the Residence have access to the citrus garden at the rear of the building and the large rooftop terrace, also accessible by elevator.
The property also features a small outdoor area for parking cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, subject to availability.
