El propietario nos canceló el alojamiento en la misma puerta del apartamento el día de la llegada. La llave no estaba en en lugar indicado por el propietario y en la puerta , en el suelo , estaban las sabanas de las camas.Le hice una llamada telefónica explicando la situación.Comprueba mi número de reserva y me dice que espere 10 minutos. Y pasados los minutos recibo una cancelación por no cumplir ciertas condiciones. ¿Pero qué condiciones si ni siquera pude entrar en el apartamiento? Le vuelvo a llamar tres veces y no contesta. Le envío mensajes por WhatsApp y no contesta. Le envio mensajes por Vrbo y no contesta. Un desastre. Huir de esta opción cuando la vean en Vrbo. Una indecencia porque nos dejó en la calle llevando menores y él lo sabía.

Overall a great stay in a spacious flat.

Flat compromises of 4 bedrooms all double bed sized and one kitchen with a dining table in it. Excellent for what we wanted it for.Flat is based on an estate which has a social housing feel to it and can be intimidating for a group or family who come from "sheltered" life. Cleanliness is ok. The floors could have done with a mop, good test it walking with socks and seeing how much dirt it picks up. Bedding was fresh and clean, and the mattresses were firm and had a great sleep.Location to tube, 12 mins walk to elephant and castle so it's not bad. 20 mins walk to the shard.Comms with owner was very good. Prefer WhatsApp and this is how some of the Comms were. Summary- Very spacious- Bedrooms were great- Location was good for tourism - Showers worked well- Comms were excellent gWould be even better if,- Bedroom door handle need replacement to prevent people from being locked in- Quick mop around the house- 2 keys instead of 1

Seulement 1 petite cuillère pour 8, 6 serviettes de toilette pour 8, pas de tapis de bain, 1 torchon pas vraiment propre, manque de couteaux, tas de poussieres datant de plusieurs mois sous les lits.

En la vida volveré a utilizar este servicio. Nos han modificado la ubicación de la vivienda contratada y la que nos dieron estaba muy sucia y muy lejos del centro. Tengo fotos de todo. Espero que si es una marca seria se responsabilice

Nice but not at nice as the pictures

The pictures have definitely been photoshopped. Which is a shame because it's actually a nice enough property if you aren't expecting those pristine rooms.

Great location. Adequate for us

The location was fantastic in Central London with about a 5 min walk to the tube station and restaurants. The accommodations were adequate for us (5 adults) with 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However one shower was tiny so when you bend over to retrieve the shampoo, your butt will open the door. Cleanliness was okay as it could have used a proper dusting but the floors, toilets, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. No living room although there is a large table that seats 6 in the kitchen. We were out and about all the time seeing sights so no big deal. Overall a good deal. Location is perfect.

Very poor

When I booked this accommodation it was new to VRBO with 0 reviews and booked based on its location and the first few photographs of it (at the time the last few pictures were not on VRBO). The photographs at the time of booking depict it to be a high end apartment. 3 bedrooms have basic white ikea beds, and 1 bedroom is a sofa bed. The furniture is very tatty, with nobs missing off drawers and difficult to open. The dining table is full of marks and scratches with chair covers hiding rips in the leather dining chairs. One pillow had blood stains on it. The bathrooms are in need of replacing and have mould and stains on the tiles. They are nowhere near as clean as the pictures. The apartment is located in a run down tower block similar to that from only fools and horses so if you’re expecting a picturesque apartment in a nice area, you won’t get it! Sewerage is leaking on to the outside areas and smells and the neighbours are constantly shouting. The apartment has not been cleaned correctly from the last guests and as I was checking all drawers before vacating, I found rubbish in drawers plus a jewellery box from H Samuel containing gold diamond earring studs. I assume the last guests left these. I left them on the dining table and notified the owners so hopefully they can be returned to the owners. The location is good but we will not be returning based on feeling like we have been lied to about the standard of accommodation and cleanliness.

Dirty and fake pictures

The aparment wasn’t clean. And the pictures of the advertisement weren’t what we found in the apartment. Good heater though. Very poor furniture! I wouldn’t choose it again.

Very good value

For the most part the property was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms are in need of some touching up and one of the showers drained very slowly so maybe some unblocking required. A spacious and comfortable flat but could do with the addition of bedside lights - it's quite irritating to have to get out of bed to switch off the overhead light if you have been reading in bed, similarly if you have to get up in the middle of the night for any reason its nice to be able to switch a light on from the bed. But otherwise well located and very good value.

Photos ne traduisent pas nécessairement l’état des lieux. Propreté des toilettes laissait à désirer. Il manque d’entretien et la peinture est à refaire. Les draps des lits étaient propres. Très bruyant. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire des nuits complètes en 4 jours. Insonorisation déficiente. Grands appartement- 4 lits- c’est le point fort pour notre famille de 5.

Les photos ne reflètent pas toujours la réalité L’hébergement est assez grand et confortable mais un point sur l’état général serait bien et un petit tour de ménage en plus ne serait pas de refus.
