Residenza Collefiorito is a cleverly restored 18th century farmhouse, nestled in a two-hectare estate near Todi. Consisting of a main building and two annexes (in the full version), the villa is perfect for hosting large groups thanks to 13 air-conditioned double bedrooms, well-distributed bathrooms and a balanced combination of common and independent spaces. Original architectural details, such as terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and stone walls, blend harmoniously with modern comforts such as a professional kitchen and several living and dining areas. Surrounded by manicured lawns and lush vegetation, the property has a large panoramic pool, a furnished porch, a dining area under a pergola and an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue and wood oven. Just a short drive from Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto, this oasis of tranquility in the countryside is an ideal base for exploring some of Umbria's most fascinating cultural locations. Nb: in an apartment, with independent entrance, located on the ground floor of an annex lives the caretaker, a very discreet person who will not disturb the privacy of the guests nor will they interfere with the use of the park and the pool for their exclusive use.

MAIN HOUSE — GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into open space living room with fireplace; kitchen; service bathroom; staircase to the tavern. — FIRST FLOOR — Small living room with ornamental fireplace and study area with panoramic balcony; a double bedroom on a slightly lower level with adjoining bathroom with shower and independent external access; a double bedroom (140 cm bed) with en suite bathroom with bathtub; a double bedroom (200 cm bed) with en suite bathroom with shower. ANNEX 1 — GROUND FLOOR — Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; corridor with bathroom with shower; professional kitchen with external access; covered porch. FIRST FLOOR (access only from outside) — Four double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; dining room with separate entrance. ANNEX 2 — GROUND FLOOR — Three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and access from outside; covered porch. — FIRST FLOOR (access via stone staircase or external steps from the parking area) — apartment with open space living room, kitchenette and dining area; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower. The laundry room, with external access, is located in annex 1. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The two hectares of land include a garden with paved patios, lawns, olive groves and flower beds bordered by hedges and fruit trees. The outdoor dining areas include a pergola, a large furnished porch in front of the main house and a built-in barbecue with wood oven located on the upper level. The parking area is located on a higher terrace and has eight covered and five uncovered places. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 10 m from the house, on a slightly lower level, accessible via four steps from the porch. Rectangular in shape, it measures 19 x 9 m with a depth varying from 1.50 to 3 m; covered in PVC; chlorine purification; internal spotlights; trampoline; submerged steps. The terracotta solarium and lawn that surrounds it is equipped with sun loungers, a large gazebo, tables and chairs, two gazebos with double beds, a cold water shower and a bar area with refrigerator. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
