Overview
Villa Acomari is located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This semi-detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South-East Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Acomari has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind:
cheerful spaces, a lovely pool, modern furnishings and wifi internet.
The villa is set on one floor and entrance is via the pool area
directly onto the pleasant lounge/dining area. Immediately after there
is the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, as well as
three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Acomari has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
(Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.)

Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€25 per day. The system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c
warmer than a pool that is not heated. Please contact us 48 hours
before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa very clean and well equipped and in a quiet location. Only 6 minute walk from 2 supermarkets and 10 minutes to Las Colorados centre. Didn’t need a car as only 20 minute walk to Marina Rubicón and bus No 30 into Playa Blanca every half hour. Would recommend this villa.

Really nice villa had a great holiday. Definitely would stay again. At first we thought it was a little too far from playa blanca but the marina was definitely a nice place to eat but more expensive but worth it. The marina was about a 20 Miniute walk. The management company to villa were very good too.

Villa with private pool

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Acomari. The villa is spacious and has a lovely private pool and bbq area. It is in a quiet location, a short stroll to the beach and a scenic walk along the seafront to Rubicón Marina.

Perfect location

The villa was in a great position.close enough to walk to marina and restaurants. 2 supermarkets 50 yards a way. Very quiet area. The villa was well equippped and clean. We were told no beach towels but there were some. The pool was clean and warm.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely time at this villa. Area is quiet but shops and restaurants are a pleasant walk away. A welcome mid-stay clean was good with fresh towels. Pool was fantastic. When giving out the address, it would be helpful to provide the number of the property as the taxi driver couldn't find it until we were in the street.

A lovely week with friends. Villa in a lovely area. Returning again in April. Rubicon Marina 20 min walk, Playa Dorado Beach 40 min walk. Lovely promenade walk. Would recommend car hire and not to miss Papagayo which is stunning. Villa and pool lovely, spotlessly clean and good facilities.

Month long stay

We found the property perfectly served our needs for the month. Communication was a little slow but made no difference to our stay. We felt the villa was well equipped and clean, beds comfortable and amazing location. The towels and sheets are a little tired, but were freshly laundered. Air con worked perfectly and WiFi was fast enough to support some remote work and two children with multiple devices! Only thing I would suggest is update the sheets and towels and replace the sofas, which aren’t particularly comfortable, though we spent most of our time outside. Overall we would definitely go back to the villa in future.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Groß und ordentlich. Der Pool war beheizt und wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist ganz toll. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Leider war nur ein einziges Mal jemand zum reinigen des Hauses da. Da wir fast 3 Wochen da waren, empfand ich es als zu wenig. Das Licht im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Ich habe dies gleich mitgeteilt, es wurde aber leider nicht repariert. Der Pool wurde in der Zeit zweimal kontrolliert, aber nicht gereinigt. Im Ganzen sind das aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten und unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und sehr schön.
