The apartment, entirely new and carefully furnished, is bathed in natural light that enhances every detail. The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your favorite dishes with ease, and the modern bathroom offers perfect comfort.The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed "Hôtel & Lodge".

The ideal location allows you to easily explore the treasures of Paris, from the Champ de Mars to the Eiffel Tower, via the lively neighborhood streets and the nearby Seine. It’s a unique opportunity to enjoy an authentic experience in the City of Light.

Building secured by code, fob and 24/7 video surveillance

An additional fee of 50 € will be charged if the entrance is after 7 pm, on Sunday or on a holiday. If the entrance is after 10 pm, the fee is 75 €.

Sunny and new apt in the 15th

Newly constructed complex. Brand new furniture and appliances. Convenient location to metro stations, 6, 8 and 10. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants. It was a quick walk to Le Cordon Bleu. I felt very safe in the area and the apartment. Management was very responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Great location, with metro, restaurants, bakery, grocery steps away. Walk to Seine and Eiffel Tower, a quick 15 minutes. Safe area. Property very clean. Unit on top floor so you do get a partial view of the Eiffel Tower and can see it sparkling at night. Check in and communication from booking to checkout was excellent. Highly recommend.
