Villa Can Jaume Arabí is een elegante villa van hoge kwaliteit, de rustige locatie valt op, maar slechts 7 minuten van het centrum van Ibiza, 6 minuten van het strand van Talamanca en 11 minuten van de luchthaven. De 270 vierkante meter is verdeeld over één verdieping waar trappen tot een minimum zijn beperkt en de ruimte zeer comfortabel en praktisch is gemaakt.Het valt ook op door zijn tuin van 2500 vierkante meter, ideaal om te genieten van het zwembad en de barbecue.
