The living and dining room presents an open space concept, creating a welcoming and fluid environment for socialising and dining together, with a harmonious connection to the other areas of the house.



On the ground floor there is a service bathroom, offering greater convenience for everyday use.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds, and an additional bathroom with a shower that serves this floor, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing a functional and practical space for preparing meals during your stay.



On the exterior, the pleasant terrace on the top floor stands out, with sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve sunset. The common area of the condominium has two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, ideal for leisure moments with family.



Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, the property is close to restaurants, amenities and some of the best beaches in the region.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
