アルガルヴェ・バケーションは、大切な所有者と密接に協力しながら、持続可能な宿泊オプションの推進に深くコミットしています。環境責任に対する私たちの献身的な使命は、そのコミットメントの証です。ヴィラ・サオナは、アルブフェイラの素晴らしいビーチ、レストラン、バー、スーパーマーケット、地元の観光スポットから数分のところにある恵まれた場所に位置する素晴らしい休暇用の家です。落ち着いた雰囲気でありながら、すべてに近いこの家は、アルガルヴェでくつろぎと便利さを求める家族やグループに最適な選択肢です。スペースが広く、設備の整ったヴィラには、1階に4つの寝室があります：エンスイートのダブルルーム1室とエンスイートのツインルーム1室（どちらもバスタブ付きバスルーム）、そして共同のバスタブ付きバスルームを共有するダブルルーム1室とツインルーム1室があります。すべての寝室は、より快適に過ごせるようにエアコンが完備されています。1階には、プールエリアに直接アクセスできる広々としたリビングとダイニングルームがあり、レジャーに最適です。完全に設備の整ったキッチンと追加のトイレがこの階を完成させています。外観はリラックスを誘い、加熱可能なプライベートプール（オプションとして）、日光浴用の椅子、手入れの行き届いた庭、屋外シャワー、屋外での食事スペースを備えたバーベキューグリルがあります。また、この物件には2台分の私有駐車場も用意されています。ヴィラ・サオナをすぐに予約して、アルガルヴェの中心部で忘れられない休暇をお楽しみください！車をレンタルする必要はありませんが、希望される場合は、リクエストに応じて予約のお手伝いを喜んでさせていただきます。また、必要な場合は、トランスファーの手配もお手伝いいたします。もし、あなたのフライトがすでに予約されているか、または日付が固定されており、どちらも不動産の変更日を尊重していない場合は、予約を進める前に、日付が受け入れられるかどうか確認できるよう、情報提供のリクエストを送付してください。プールの加熱は常に休暇にとって大きな利点であり、特に子供と一緒に旅行する場合に有効です。プールの加熱を有効にすると、水温は通常よりも5℃から8℃高く保たれます。引っ越しの日は木曜日です（ただし、オフシーズンには柔軟性があるかもしれません）。グループの保証金：ゲスト1人あたり150ユーロ（クレジット/デビットカードでの支払い）。お客様、この物件の収容人数は8名までとなっております。9人目から10人目のゲストには、追加のベッドを含む追加料金が発生いたします。現行の法律に従い、観光税を適用することができます。

Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Standard Breakage Deposit: €500 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Great location

Our experience at Villa Saona was absolutely fantastic! The house is large, stylishly decorated, and ideal for groups or families. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation easy, and the living area was bright and inviting. The pool and garden were our favorite spots to relax after exploring the beautiful surroundings. The villa's location is perfect! Close to everything but in a quiet area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already planning our next visit!

The best villa!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Saona! The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet in a peaceful setting that allows for complete relaxation. Perfect!!

Villa Saona was the perfect choice for our holiday in Albufeira! The house is modern, clean, and very well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are spacious, and having air conditioning in all of them was a great plus.
