Overlooking the Esplanade and beach from its elevated position Room 1 has possibly the finest sea views of the beach and sea in West Bay.

The bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, live streaming smart TV and views straight out to sea.

Includes kettle and hairdryer.

Room 1 is on the first floor and requires the use of stairs to gain access.

Not suitable for pets.

We would recommend early booking as this apartment is very popular.

Our prime location directly opposite West Beach on the famous Jurassic Coast means you are just steps from the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to coastal walks. On-site, you’ll find the West Beach Café Bar, open during the summer months, serving delicious food and refreshing drinks in a relaxed setting. Each apartment and room comes with a designated parking space at no extra cost, making your stay even more convenient. We also offer a selection of dog-friendly apartments—specifically Apartments 5, 6, and 7—so your furry friends can join in the holiday fun. Our accommodation options include three double rooms, two two-bedroom apartments, two one-bedroom apartments, and The Studio, a cosy double room with a small kitchenette. This variety makes our property ideal for couples, families, and groups seeking either relaxation or adventure. Please note that due to sea defences, the estate is not suitable for disabled access. We look forward to welcoming you to Westpoint, where memorable holidays filled with relaxation and exploration await. To safeguard your plans against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend considering holiday cancellation insurance, available from approximately GBP 20.

Our stay was absolutely great! We thoroughly enjoyed it in spite of the bad weather!

We loved the accommodation and it's location the most. It was very well appointed and we had a very short but restful break. We hope to return to stay for longer and in better weather availability permitting!

An ideal place to stay in West Bay, that was secure, clean and comfortable.

Wesrpoint Apartments was situated in an ideal position, loading and unloading was simple. Our designated parking space was easy to find, as was instructions on how to get back to the apartment. Beds were very comfy.

Apartment was in an ideal location, just off the beach. Nice view from both bedrooms. Unloading/loading was easy and our parking space was easy to find. Easy checkin. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of books and DVDs to borrow. Would have liked to have tried the cafe, but it was closed, due to it being October.

Beautiful location, lovely apartment

Location is beachfront with gorgeous views across the front , huge windows in the bedrooms let in loads of light. Apartment has plenty of room with comfy sofas and full kitchen. West Bay is a beautiful place with plenty of places to eat and drink, most of which have a sea view. Can't wait to return.

Fabulous property, brilliant location

Loved the views from both bedrooms and the fact there were comfortable chairs in both so we could sit and watch people wandering along the promenade and the boats out to sea. Rooms spacious. Everything there that was needed for a lovely short break away.

Beautiful apartment, great location

We loved staying in appartment 3 for 5 nights end of July/start of August. We were blessed with beautiful weather but the appartment stayed cool with the windows open and the lovely sea breeze. The apartment was very clean and all the beds were comfy! Having parking allocated was amazing too. Lots of local eateries and bars. The beach is just across the road which was great for the kids! We can’t wait to come back

A well situated and comfortable apartment

Apartment is very well equipped though we only ate breakfast there so did not use cooking equipment. Views from both bedrooms over the cafe to the promenade and the sea. Reserved parking place is a distinct advantage and only a short walk. Spar on entry road to west bay perfectly adequate. Several enjoyable restaurants of varying price - you may need to book at busy times Good centre for southern Dorset.

Excellent all round. Lovely host, brilliant location and well kept apartments!

The instructions for check in and parking were really helpful. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were modern and well kept. Kitchen fully stocked for all cooking needs. Sofas were comfy and complimented with a large tv, dvd player and a great selection of books and dvds. The host Tracey was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Built in the 1960s, Westpoint was originally a large public house. Over the years it has several changes and now offers seven uniquely different apartments and rooms. From the compact Studio to stunning double rooms with sea views, including Apartment 2 with its exceptional sea vistas from ensuite bedrooms and lounge. On the ground floor, there are three dog-friendly apartments. We cherish each of them, and our returning guests often have their favourites.
We are directly opposite West Beach and literally on the South West Coast Path. The harbour is a minutes walk away.
Moving to the Jurassic Coast with our young family over ten years ago was the best decision we ever made. We love the landscape, the sea, the seagulls, sunsets on the beach, wildlife spotting, boat trips, markets, the relaxed bohemian atmosphere, and fresh sea air. The Dorset lifestyle feels Mediterranean in many ways—slower-paced and enjoyable. Managing Westpoint is a pleasure, and many guests return year after year, becoming friends. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our passion for this beautiful area.
