Wonderful! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was great throughout our stay as well. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment and great host

A pleasant stay in Granada. Host was very helpful and the property was clean. The unit is located at the city Center with shops and restaurants around. Will definitely come back.

Smelled of sewer gas in main bathroomAwaken by speakers broadcasting radio talk show at 1:30am in en-suite bathroom. Unableto determine how to turn off and host was unaware of speakers even being there. We were greeted by host on time of our arrival which was best part of our stay. After that communication was challenging

Feeling at home in Granada

Our family had the opportunity to stay in this central location of Granada in the summer of 2023. We absolutely loved the accessibility, layout, space, and communication with our hosts. We felt at home in a beautiful city. We hope to return someday, and we would most definitely return to this location. Our only regret: we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you Granada, and thank you to our hosts. Our family is grateful for the people and memories we made.

Great location

Pros: Great, location to restaurants & shopping. Comfortable rooms & beds but hardest pillows ever. Toilet in shared bath rocked when getting up. Wrong WIFI & password listed on information sheet & no one ever returned our phone inquiry to that. We finally discovered a second router w /different login & password that worked. Kitchen well equipped except no dish towels or paper towels.

Wonderful Location

This was the perfect location and size for our family of 5. The communication with management was easy and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had wonderful AC. Great location close to everything.

Perfect Location

The property was so spacious, and clean, The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We were able to get our cloths washed in the washer/dryer. Did not even need to go out and purchase detergent, it was supplied. The master bedroom/bath was very accommodating. The view and sounds of the city were beautiful to see from the front window. I would highly recommend the property. Thanks for a great stay.

Holidays in Madrid

The property is exactly as described, quiet, beautiful and central. We were warned in advance that use of all the room heaters and outlets may cause a circuit breaker loss of power. That did happen, but we quickly learned how to manage that in the cold weather. The elevator was always accessible, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. We had a hair dryer at our disposal. We requested a few extra hours use of the extra paid parking spot to store our luggage until our flight, and the managers readily accommodated our request. I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautifully furnished modern city center apartment.

The booking of the apartment was straight forward , with no hidden costs . The apartment itself is modern and has a very tastefully decorated and furnished interior . All bedrooms were spacious and the bedding was comfortable ( good pillows too ) . The pictures actually don’t do the apartment justice as it’s very spacious and this isn’t reflected in pictures . The kitchen is well equipped however additional glass dishes are needed to effectively make use of the dish washer . Everyone enjoyed the central location which is fantastic for both touring the city and for shopping in the city center . We were greeted by Pablo who gave us fantastic advice on sightseeing and specific places of interest. The only down side was the continuous noise of traffic in the bedroom I slept in , late into the night and early in the morning .. this however was not a issue with the others who travelled with me. I would stay here again , but maybe invest in ear plugs !

Best Apt of the Trip

This apartment lived up to the photos and descriptions. It was in excellent condition, in a great part of town and very spacious. Parking is available near the apartment, though we used the public garage that was just as close. The apartment overlooks the Puerta Real intersection so it's a lively view, but the excellent windows and shutters make sure the noise does not intrude. The a/c worked great (especially in the heatwave). Our sons complained about the internet speed but it was not bad. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a small elevator but the steps are fine. It is an easy walk to all of the sites of Granada and the good restaurants and bars. A very enjoyable stay. We will book this one again next time we are in Granada.
