Too many things needed fixing….internet/ toaster kept tripping circuit/ toilet seats kept sliding off seat/ tv needs logging in/ no instructions in English anywhere/ plug and yes towel missing

Great location!

We really enjoyed this spot. Great location and a short walk to the Alhambra, Old town, great restaurants. Very happy with the apartment overall. The cons were that the kitchen was not too well stocked and it was a little "tired" could have had a new coat of paint, etc But comfortable beds and we really enjoyed our overall stay here

Comfortable place in the very center of the city

Comfortable apartment strategically located near Isabel La Catolica in the very center of the city. You can easily walk to most of the sights. Totally recommended.

The apartment was in an excellent location. The only item that I was concerned with was the fact that the door downstairs did not lock (i.e., there was no need for the fob). The gate to be locked for the safety of the tenants

Sleek, modern, dazzler in the premier location!

We loved our stay right in the heart of Grenada! Ease to and from the bus station, to the train station, to the Alhambra and the Cathedral. We could watch all the action in the Plaza right from our overlooking view! We were comfortable, rested, relaxed and saved steps given our most amazing location! The apartment is an absolute beauty and was most enjoyable!

Fabulous apartment in city center!

Nicely appointed spacious apartment with easy access to all of Granada. 7 of us comfortably spread out in this well decorated loft. We enjoyed our stay! Pilar, our property contact, was wonderful to work with!

Excellent location, spacious apartment

This 4 bedroom apartment was great for our group of 7 adults. Location made it easy to walk to every district and even LaHambra. We were able to watch an elaborate St. Micheal’s Day parade from our balcony, which was a real treat. All of the best tapas bars and restaurants are minutes from the door as is the Moroccan district and great shopping.

Great location in Granada

Overall a good place to stay. Wonderful neighborhood, great view of the plaza. The apartment itself met our needs, but not as fresh & bright as the photos. The Genteel rep who met us did not explain how to use the washing machine. There were no written instructions of any kind in the apartment, as we have usually found. The elevator did not work our last evening & morning, so we had to find our way upstairs at night with our phone flashlights, & carry our suitcases down in the morning. Would have appreciated a text about the situation.

Run down.

This property is in a great location and is spacious. Looks GREAT in pictures but is run down and there must have been a leak from the apartment above because there was a large water stain on the ceiling in the main bedroom. Can’t take a shower in the master bathroom without water getting all over the floor because the shower head was mounted too high and the tub/shower had lots of mold/mildew. Scratchy towels and the sofa fabric was very soiled.

Perfect location in Granada

Nice Apartment. Location was superb! Can walk to everything. Good beds and bedding. Marble floors are cold in winter so make sure to bring slippers. Overall the stay was good!

Magnífico y amplio apartamento

Maravilloso apartamento situado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Es un apartamento amplio, cómodo y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Pasamos una estancia muy relajada y con los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad a tan solo un minuto a pie. Estuvimos 5 adultos y 3 niños y nos ofrecieron el servicio de cuna y todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Es, sin duda, un apartamento recomendable para pasar una estancia tranquila y relajada.
