Set within a lush 2.5-hectare landscaped park, this villa offers a serene escape surrounded by pine forests, garrigues, and a shared swimming pool. Ideal for families or friends, it’s a haven of relaxation, nature, and comfort. The estate features two independent dwellings, and this listing invites you to enjoy one of them—complete with spacious interiors and direct access to the garden and terrace.

Inside, the villa boasts a welcoming ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens onto the outdoors. A corridor leads to three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a private toilet and a panoramic terrace offers stunning views of the estate’s natural beauty.

Beyond the villa, the region invites exploration. Wander through scenic trails, discover charming villages, and indulge in wine tasting at nearby vineyards. Whether you're lounging by the pool or sipping local vintages on the terrace, this peaceful retreat captures the essence of southern French living.

Note: The swimming pool will not be available until May 15, 2026.
