It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. On arrival at 8am I attempted to contact lonely Stay by phone text and email, no response to anything. At 4 pm i was able to make contact. The check in process was horrendous. To difficult to describe here. The apartment itself was as advertised. When I booked I asked for January 24 to the 31st thinking that was inclusive as is usual where I come from. My mistake was not reading the actual booking so I have to take responsibility for that. On the 31st we were away from our phone for a few hours and when I turned it on we had a very surprising call from lonely stay telling us we had an hour to vacate or our belongings would be on the street, we found ourselves without accommodation for the night so I asked if they had anything for one night and was taken advantage to the tune of 275 euro. Then the check in nightmare began again. After numerous phone calls to get the right address we finally found the apartment and spent the night. It is the first time I have had any problems with booking on VRBO but will be more careful in the future.
