Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet and residential spot in upper Trastevere, one of the oldest and most vibrand neighbourhoods of Rome.

The apartment is within the historic city centre of the Eternal City as well as walking distance to the beautiful Villa Sciarra and the Gianicolo hill from where you can enjoy an astonishing view over the city.

It is the perfect location to go back to after a long day sightseeing, rest in a calm condominium and then enjoy a nice meal in one of the many wonderful restaurants of Trastevere.

The apartment features a spacious living room with Tv and comfortable sofas, 2 lovely bedrooms with queen size beds, a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining area, and two bathrooms with shower.

This was a great place ! Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a quaint kitchen and dining room. Walking distance to manny shops and restaurants.The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars: bed needs replacing , VNF is a very busy street & the window cover didn’t work in the larger room with see through curtains . Also the cover in the other room stuck in down position which made it very dark . It’s a 10 charge for them to order you a cab (65 vs 55) and then it was an additional 6 to use credit card . Flavio, our host was very timely, responsive and helpful. I wish he’d reminded me to leave keys on the table and not in the lock . Otherwise very nice home. Neighborhood is hip and lively- lots of colorful graffiti, two parks nearby, too .

We loved the neighborhood and the apartment was spacious and clean. I have stayed in other 2 bedroom apartments in Roma and this was, by far, the largest and most lovingly decorated. Great communication with the host and Flavio was very responsive and easy to work with. Some issues with accessing the streaming services that were solved with a fire stick. Others raised concerns about the "sheer curtains" in the bedroom, but there are sturdy, room-darkening blinds that can be raised and lowered by a pulley cord located behind the right side curtain. The beds were extremely comfortable and just what we needed after 14 hours of flying time! The living room furniture could use updating but otherwise this place earns an A! Thank you for helping to make our first stop in Europe so memorable!

The property is about a 10 min walk from the charming area of cafes and great restaurants. The apartment is spacious, almost feels like a one level house. Definitely appears like someone's home with lots of personal decoration, books, CD's, stereo, video tapes for children. Internet worked great. Cute little kitchen. Traditional, old fashioned furnitures, which give the place extra charm. Remember you are staying at someone else's place, not a hotel. We enjoyed the two bathrooms, two showers, two toilets. Communication with management was great.

Rome on foot!

If you want a place to live in Rome (7 weeks for us) this is a perfect location, beautiful neighborhood, steps from bus stops 44,75 and 115 and convenient walk to Campo dei Fiori for fresh produce and Via Carini for services and other shopping! Also convenient walk to Conad. Apartment is in a well maintained building, spacious, bright, comfortable, and kitchen is well supplied for cooking meals with adequate storage. Staff always timely to answer requests, Rome is a fabulous city to experience!

Several aspects of the property were not satisfactory. Noisy at night due to street outside bedrooms; see through curtains in bedrooms at street level; Slippery conditions in the mvinfloor bathroom; furniture in living room old and not comfortable; beds not made first night and no extra blankets (I used a towel as a blanket first night.Location is great, but the above was not satisfactory.

Trastevere Stay

Overall, the apartment is quite comfortable. Dasha made check-in super easy. A reasonably convenient area, but be aware that there are a lot of hills and stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone. *Note for the management team: the primary bed mattress needs to be replaced, as it has caved in the center.* Additionally, a Moka pot would be nice to have. We did not cook in the apartment, but you could easily prepare meals there if you wished.
