Positioned at the heart of it all, it sits just 2.5 kilometres from Moledo Beach and offers proximity to the train station for journeys to Vigo in Spain or south to the historical centre of Viana do Castelo. Additionally, it is only 1.5 kilometres away from the ancient Roman town of Caminha, characterized by its assortment of high-quality restaurants, cafes, lively promenades, and open-air esplanades along the Lima River's waterfront. The delightful historic town of Viana do Castelo, renowned for its ancient monuments and extensive sandy beaches, is a mere 30 kilometres away. Basic amenities, including a minimarket, shops, and restaurants, are conveniently within a 20-minute walk.



Accommodating up to 10 individuals, the villa comprises five bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the lower floor, a double bedroom opens onto an outdoor terrace, while an adjacent shower room provides added convenience. Another bedroom on this floor features a set of bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, and a door leading to the outdoor terrace. A dedicated laundry room with a washing machine completes this level.



Ascending to the upper floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the hub connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. The area leads to a paved and partially covered terrace, an ideal spot for enchanting alfresco dining. Within the villa, a fully fitted kitchen, pantry, and guest toilet await.
