Appliances consist of an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture and a summerhouse, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 1.1 miles. Enjoy rural Lincolnshire at Holt House.
