Villa in Occitanie with Private Pool

Enjoy a wonderful holiday amidst palm trees from this holiday villa in Occitanie, Languedoc-Roussillon. Located on the outskirts of the village of Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit, the house (200 m²) is equipped with plenty of privacy and a large enclosed garden (1575 m²), a covered terrace and a private pool that can be heated from May to September for an extra charge of 200 euros per stay.

Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit is a typical medieval village where elements of the past are still clearly visible. In the village you will find a bakery and a small supermarket where you can get fresh croissants in the morning. The charming village of Pézenas is about half an hour's drive away. The centre of Pézenas consists of old medieval streets with nice shops and restaurants. It is a photogenic town between Béziers and Montpellier with just over 8000 inhabitants. The city of Béziers is 17 km from Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit and is home to plenty of nice shops.

From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view over the large garden with palm trees. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and a petanque court. Next to the private swimming pool with outdoor shower, you can soak up the sun on the sun loungers among the palm trees. Around the villa there is plenty of space for children and the terrace is equipped with luxury furniture. Moreover, there is a stone barbecue (charcoal) for a cosy summer evening.

The swimming pool is not accessible until mid-May.
