Inside, the home features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with dining area, and ample space to relax with family or friends. The private terrace is ideal for wine-filled afternoons under the sun. A €200 deposit is required onsite. Guests are kindly requested to remove linens and dispose of rubbish in designated bins near Carrefour before departure. A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
