Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

The postcode is EX39 1FG. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. On the approach to Barnstaple take the A39, signposted Bideford/ Bude. Follow this road for approx. 9 miles and cross the Torridge Bridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to Appledore/ Westward Ho! Pass the signs for Northam and Appledore off to the right and continue along the road down toward Westward Ho! This road eventually becomes Atlantic Way. Once in Westward Ho! take the second right onto Beach Road and at the bottom turn right onto Golf Links Road. After the approx. 400 yards just before the Royal North Devon Golf Club, turn left into Greenway Drive. Once on Greenway Drive, continue on the road keeping to the right. You will then meet a mini-roundabout, take the right exit here. This will bring you to a T-junction. Turn right here and Beachlinks (Number 8) will be located on the left-hand side after approx. 50 yards.
