3 person holiday home in Ærøskøbing

In the middle of Ærøskøbing is this idyllic cottage, built in 1800, but continuously renovated with great emphasis on preserving the cottage's atmosphere. The cottage is in typical townhouse style on 2 levels. There are beds for three in one large bedroom on the 1st floor. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and is equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs and refrigerator. From the utility room there is access to a small cozy courtyard. The cottage is close to the pedestrian zone, cafe life and cozy life because we are located right in the heart of the historic city. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
