Cozy, spacious and well-furnished cottage located on a lovely large plot approx. 150 m. from the Limfjord, where there is both a bathing jetty and a place to dock your own boat. The house's lovely covered terrace has good garden furniture, a barbecue and more and connects the house with both the annex and the garage. A holiday resort with plenty of opportunities for activity and coziness for the whole family both when the weather is sunny and on a rainy day. The cottage appears very bright and inviting and is furnished with a well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the large living room, where the wood-burning stove is located in the middle. Here the whole company can enjoy themselves together, or sit in smaller groups with various activities or a good book. There is wireless internet and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. It is possible to watch all of DR's free programs. There are 2 bedrooms in the house. One with a double bed. The other with a double bunk bed, where the upper bunk is not included in the number of sleeping places. In addition, an annex with two bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the covered terrace. These bedrooms both have double beds. In the house itself there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump (air/air) and thus allows for lower consumption. Not rented to youth groups and crafts groups. For holiday stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
