Cottage with water view by protected coastline

As soon as you drive onto the property, you’ll feel a sense of calm wash over you. The cottage is idyllically situated with a 180-degree view of the water, where your gaze is constantly drawn to the water. From the terrace, you can watch the sailboats glide into Roslev Harbor on the opposite side of the bay, and in the evening, the boats’ lanterns light up the darkness.



The house is charmingly decorated, and the water is visible from almost every room. Here you’ll find a wood-burning stove that provides warmth on chilly days and a cozy living area where you can gather under a blanket. The entryway has pans for campfire food, and there’s even a lid for popcorn.



The garden stretches all the way to the water, so you can enjoy the view from the terrace while the children play safely in the garden. The campfire is a natural gathering spot where you can make pancakes and enjoy yourselves under the open sky. The area around the house is a protected site and contains traces from the Stone Age.



Walk down to the water and turn right to find fossilized sea urchins along the coast. Follow the path around the headland, and you can spot seals and fallow deer, especially in the morning and evening. Jesperhus Flower Park is a 10-minute drive away, and in Glyngøre you’ll find a harbor, an ice cream stand, and Restaurant Limfjord. Legind Bjerge offers hiking trails and mountain bike trails.
