Cute, comfortable home on a small lake

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in late February and enjoyed our stay very much. House was very clean when we moved in and had everything we needed.

Excellent getaway in the Winter

Everything about this stay was great. Bonnie was very friendly and very accommodating. Nice backyard overlooking the lake. Loved the privacy and quiet neighborhood. Parks near by to go for walks everyday. Definitely check out Dover Park about 7 miles away. Beaches were only a 45 min drive and seafood restaurants were awesome. Would definitely stay here again if ever coming back to this area.

Highly Recommended

Everything was just as described, beautiful property on the lake. The only problem we had was the a/c did not work for the first 3 days which made it hard to sleep, it was 82 degrees. Bonnie had it fixed and the rest of the stay was wonderful!

So very sorry for the A/C issue during your stay! I only wish I had known sooner so I could have addressed it sooner & you didn't have to deal w that awful inconvenience. You were 5-star guests (I rated you 4 stars in communication category only bc you didn't let me know about the AC right away😬). Also, you were my first guests that were there as a hurricane passed through & we made it through w minimal impact! Very memorable! You were a lucky charm 😊 Wonderful meeting the two of you ☺

Accomodations for the Sun 'N Fun airshow in Lakeland

The property is really nice . Beautiful location. Great wildlife Bonnie was close by (about 5 minutes away ) if I needed anything . The slow flowing toilet was annoying and I had trouble with the door locks. Other than that everything was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, had the home to ourselves and everything we needed!

Bonnie was the most gracious host! Met us on time, showed us everything we needed to know about the property, and made sure that we should let her know if we needed anything or had any questions/problems to get back in touch with her. It was a very quiet, peaceful stay, very much enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, definitely saw some wildlife as well, even an alligator! We would not hesitate to come back and stay here again if our travels brought us back to the Florida area!
