The Space:

The building is fenced and secure, with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Malibu residents have access to two swimming pools with sun loungers, including a separate shallow children’s pool, as well as private parking.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. A private fenced parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

The beach, restaurants, and beach promenade are usually 10–20 minutes on foot, depending on the exact building.

You can walk along the coastal promenade toward Fuengirola or La Cala de Mijas for beaches, beach bars, and shops.


🚌 Bus (cheap and useful)

Local buses connect the coastal towns.

Common routes near Mijas Costa:

M-119 – circular route between Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola.

M-220 – coastal route between Fuengirola and Marbella.


Typical travel times:

Fuengirola: ~10–20 minutes

La Cala de Mijas: ~10 minutes

Marbella: ~35–45 minutes


🚆 Train (for Málaga, airport, etc.)

There is no train in Mijas Costa, but it’s very easy:

Go to Fuengirola station (10–15 minutes by taxi or bus).


Take the C1 commuter train to:

Torremolinos

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
