This apartment for rent in Barcelona is located in a manor house built in early 20th century that has been completely remodeled preserving the structure but adapted to the functionality and comfort you would expect nowadays. This apartment in Barcelona is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 people within 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with balcony and 2 single beds and another one with a double bed and the last bedrooms with a double bed and a little patio). This apartmenthas a living room with 3 balconies, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all areas and also a free WIFI connection.

This apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, just one minute walking to the Paseo de Gracia where there are two of most important buildings of A.Gaudí (La Pedrera
Casa Batlló) and other modernist architects. There are also most luxury shops of Barcelona. This apartment is also next to the Gracia neighborhood where you may mingle with artists and bohemians, enjoying Barcelonas multicultural restaurants. Furthermore, a few meters from the apartment for rent in Barcelona, you will find all necessary amenities including shops, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacies.

About the public transports the rental apartment is well connected. It is located 1 minute by walk to the Diagonal (L3

Our stay was great! Daniel was a wonderful host, explaining everything about the place to us. We were 5 adults & fit very comfortably. A meal, local points of interest, the metro & bus were all in walking distance. The gelato shop might of been a little too close, as we enjoyed some almost every evening :)

Our stat was great. It’s the perfect location to transit and sites. Very comfortable for a family of 6. I would stay there again. The service from property management was wonderful and helpful.

The apartment was great!! Our check in was perfect - we were early - they let us leave our bags and they delivered them to the apartment so we could explore the city!! When it was time for check in they gave us a quick tour of the apartment - the location was perfect - walkable to almost everything - Highly recommend!!

My family of six adults stayed here for almost a week. The communication with the host was excellent. The property is in a residential area and it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, a drug store, the metro and a piazza. The apartment has an elevator so no dragging luggage up the stairs. We loved the living space; there is a large comfortable sectional couch where all six of us could all fit. The air conditioning was great. The beds were comfy. There was two full new bathrooms. The host recommended several excellent restaurants very close to the apartment. The host also arranged transportation to the airport for us. I absolutely would stay here again or at an apartment owned by “click and flat”. Stay here!

Lovely Oasis

The apartment was great!! Our check in was perfect - we were early - and the apartment was ready for us. They gave us a quick tour of the apartment - were available as we figured out how to run the washer/dryer, and very communicative throughout. We met friends we haven't seen in a long while in Barcelona. It was a super place to relax and reconnect. A neighborhood bar a block away became a regular hangout - very friendly. As well, the location was perfect - walkable to almost everything - Highly recommend!!

Barca experience

Our twelve year old grandson was participating in a week long soccer camp through the Barca program. His team was staying at a nearby hotel so we booked this apartment through VRBO so my wife, daughter and I could be nearby to easily participate in the grandson’s activities. The location was perfect and the facilities were quite comfortable for the three of us and allowed for frequent visits with the grandson also.As with any intercity location, you do get some street noise, but not so bad that it can’t be masked at nighttime with a good white noise app. The office staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect in every way

The apartment is in the heart of it all while being far from the crowds and tourists. This apartment is in the perfect neighborhood - near metro, buses, great restaurants (and ice cream) and a 15-20 min walk to most of the best that Barcelona has to offer. It’s well appointed and super (super) clean. Perfect for a long stay in Barcelona. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else whenever we come back. The office staff, Vincente specifically, were fantastic hosts - highly responsive before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved our apartment. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is perfectly situation within walking distance to any store (grocery, clothing, liquor, etc), restaurants, gym, and metro. We loved the neighborhood as it is not touristy and very quiet. Alex and German with Click&Flat were very helpful and attentive to any questions. Highly recommend renting one of the Seneca apartments.

We are only unsatisfied of the check-in procedure: despite the willingness of the agent it took a very long time and we also had to pay an additional fee of 30€ as we arrived after 20 (at 20.20).
