This apartment for rent in Barcelona is located in a manor house built in early 20th century that has been completely remodeled preserving the structure but adapted to thefunctionality and comfort you would expect nowadays. This apartment in Barcelona is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people within 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with balcony and 2 single beds and another one with a double bed) and the living room (double sofa bed). This apartment has a living room with 2 balconies, open fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all areas and also a free WIFI connection.

This apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, just one minute walking to the Paseo de Gracia where there are two of most important buildings of A.Gaudí (La Pedrera
Casa Batlló) and other modernist architects. There are also most luxury shops of Barcelona. This luxury apartment is also next to the Gracia neighborhood where you may mingle with artists and bohemians, enjoying Barcelonas multicultural restaurants. Furthermore, a few meters from the apartment for rent in Barcelona, you will find all necessary amenities including shops, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacies.

About the public transports the rental apartment is well connected. It is located 1 minute by walk to the Diagonal (L3
L5) metro station that is also connected with the Provença metro station (L6

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Very walkable to many sights and a short metro or cab ride to others. Grocery, pharmacies, coffee shops, and lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Easy checkin with friendly management on site. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for our group of 5 people. Would love to return!

The room and location were excellent. We did an after hours check in that worked as advertised and communication with the team was spot on. The location was good and most everything was walking distance or a metro ride. The metro was very good and relatively easy to navigate. Just study the map to understand the layout. We would definitely recommend this room and location for a family needing 2 bedrooms and baths.

great customer service

Dani and his partner (cannot pull his name at the moment) were incredibly helpful. We were a little high maintenance the first day and they worked with us with patience and grace. Such a great asset to help get comfortable when you are adjusting to a new country. The keyless entry was very smooth and the neighbors in the apt complex were polite and welcoming. Location is great. You're out of the busiest parts of Barcelona, but still have quick and easy access to a subway and are less than 20 mins to Gothic Quarter via subway. Loads of dining options nearby. Master bedroom area offers great privacy within the apartment. Washer and dryer are helpful. Plenty of markets and pharmacies nearby for essentials. Would highly recommend.

Truly a great experience: excellent secure location, excellent service including on-site management (Vicente and German), very well equipped, tastefully designed units with complete washer/driers, kitchen appliances, utensils, comfortable furniture, etc., etc. My wife and I first stayed there last October in the one bedroom apartment at the roof level with a large beautiful terrace. Based on that wonderful experience we booked the apartment for our kids (family of of five) who stayed there last week in the two bedroom / two baths first floor (one above grade level) large apartment with balconies on the side quiet Seneca street. They (parents and three children ages 10, 11, 13) LOVED it. In conclusion, I just can't say enough superlatives for the location and the building itself.

Beautiful apartment, great location, very helpful staff onsite.

The apartment was large and comfortable. Nice beds, large showers in both bathrooms. Our friend mentioned hearing light street noise in the bedroom facing the street, but it did not disturb her sleep (and she does not wear ear plugs). I noticed another review that mentioned trouble sleeping - we did not have any issues. The bedroom facing the inner courtyard was almost silent. It was more than pleasant to have the office on the ground floor, not only for check-in but for assistance with restaurant suggestions, transport options and recommendations for places to see and how to get the most from our stay. Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking in the Gracia neighborhood but is also well located for getting to the main tourist stops on foot easily. For longer journeys, the Metro stops and taxi stands are very close.

Lovely, convenient area (10 minute walk to Casa Mila). Property had everything we needed and the staff in the office downstairs were super helpful.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for 30 days and it was our home away from home. Overall a very nice place with a wonderful location. Very safe and yet close to everything. A 2 minute walk to grocery store, bakery, metro, restaurants, and medical clinic (we needed and they spoke English are were great). Kitchen was basic, and it took some figuring on how to use oven. Same with washer/dryer. Showers were awesome with great water pressure and ample hot water. Beds were comfortable, TV/cable was good. Internet good. Would recommend to those that want a nice place to stay while in Barcelona.

Great apartment, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Coral apartment is very large, great for two couples or a family. Back bedroom is a bit quieter than the front one, but it really didn't matter because we loved the apartment and were so tired from all our walking around Barcelona that we slept well. Markets nearby and lots of good shopping and restaurants close by too. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a fantastic long weekend in this lovely apartment. The location is really quiet, clean and smart and we felt perfectly safe walking around at night with two kids in tow. The Tourist Information is close by and there's also a really handy supermarket just round the corner. And Click&Flat's office is just below - they were so helpful. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with lovely bed linen, towels and a good supply of kitchen equipment and crockery. The wifi worked well and the showers were fabulously hot. 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Perfect location, close to everything yet in a quiet location surrounded by amazing restaurants. Very nice apartment with all facilities, luminous and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. I would rent the same apartment again and would certainly recommend it. Unfortunately however, there was a mistake at check-in, we were put in the wrong apartment and were told we had to move after we had had time to unpack our suitcases. While the attendant was polite, we were not offered any help with the move or any kind of compensation.
