100平方メートルのアパートは、カタロニア語のゴシック様式の芸術的遺産としてユネスコによってカタログに登録されているため、大きな歴史的価値があります。 XV、そして彼の街のひとつで有名な作家、ミゲル・デ・セルバンテスの宿泊施設でした。

それは完全に改装され、スペースを特別な魅力を与える古い壁と石のアーチを保持する明るい二重に変換されます。

Excellent location! We loved staying in a historic building in the gothic quarter. Just bring some ear plugs, the streets can be load. But so worth it. Fabulous apartment.

We arrived and met by host who had been in contact with us regularly in the days leading upto our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.It is in an excellent location and within walking distance of most attractions. I would highly recommend this property for a city break.Thanks

Excellent location and really spectacular architecture! Alex greeted us and gave a wonderful history lesson of the building and area. Barcelona was fantastic and the apartment was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment also had a little balcony that was perfect to sit outside and watch all the people. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect having two bathrooms so each couple had their own. We walked to the markets, rented bikes and toured the coastline, and ate a lot of delicious food! Gio’s restaurant, Sedna, located right below the apartment, was a wonderful place to hang out for tapas, Vermut and espresso. Highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to go back!

The apartment was as described , everything you would need right down to umbrellas and beach chairs . Restaurants right outside your door . Air conditioning was great ! Alex was amazing to deal , quick to respond and explained how everything worked. It was an amazing get a way with family !!

Great location

Our host met us at the apartment and showed us around the apartment it was as pictured on . The apartment is in a great location in Gothic Quarter, steps to elBorn area and walking distance to the beach . Alex was very receptive to any inquires always got back to me immediately. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long stay . Just a fabulous overall experience

Perfect Location! Charming Apartment!

My husband, 2 adult children and I enjoyed this apartment. The apartment was as described and the location was perfect..in the midst of the Gothic Quarter, which was a great location to walk almost everywhere (we did take a taxi to visit La Sagrada Familia). Please note, it was a little loud at night and if you're not used to that be prepared with earplugs (we used earplugs and they tuned out the noise perfectly). The host, Alex, was great and helpful too. Highly Recommend!

Wow, what a great place

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had an amazing time in this rental. The apartment is as described: a great blend of old and new. The ancient walls combined with modern comforts like air conditioning. And the location was perfect: in the midst of the Gothic Quarter, the neighborhood is beautiful and you’re surrounded by things to do. The hosts were great and helpful too. Highly Recommend!

Birthday Trip

We spent three nights with our family of 5 (kids 8-4) and absolutely loved this place. The design and architecture of the apartment was captivating and a great location. The host was flexible with our late timing due to the train delay and provided a good list of restaurants as well as a history of the spot. Great walking distance to local spots and Publix transportation. Our family loved staying here and would return.

Perfect Location, Excellent Hosts

We were pleasantly surprised to find there are actually 2 bathrooms when the listing said 1. Alex met us upon arrival and gave us a great walk through, showed us how to use everything, and gave us restaurant recommendations that he knew would be open since we arrived later in the evening. We loved the architecture and had the perfect location. Two issues out of his control were promptly addressed and he even left us a nice bottle of wine. We would definitely stay here again!

5 nights in Barcelona

Very nice property in beautiful old building with lots of room for 4 guests. Easy to find, love the princess balcony, and the elevator is nice for luggage. Host was extremely accommodating of early check-in and late check-out. With a few amenities (dish soap, shampoo, etc.), a host instruction book with some recommendations, and a second set of keys it would even better! We didn't use any kitchen appliances so can't comment on that but concur with others that beds are firm, unit can be loud from pedestrian traffic, and loft bedroom has limited privacy and airflow. Location is great for walking and restaurants - overall a great stay.

Spectacular apartment in a great location

Beautifully styled and spacious apartment in a 15th C building located close to the port and in the oldest part of Barcelona. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Owner was very accommodating. We hated to leave such a lovely home away from home.

Start to an Amazing Trip

Alex met us for check in and even helped with our luggage. Apartment is well laid out and very clean. Location can not be beat. We loved the unit. Able to get taxi right out in front. Eat below, or around the corner. Quiet too. Loved, loved, loved it. We will be back. Thank you for having such an amazing unit.

Great Location

Great location! There were several restaurants/cafe within easy walking distance (there’s one right below the front balcony). Being in Barrio Gothic, there were several grocery and convenience stores, bakeries and coffee shops all within easy walking distance, and when we needed a taxi, I don’t think we had to wait over one minute for one to driving by. Our host Alex met us at the front of building and took us to the unit. He walked us through to familiarize us with unit (how to operate the TV, washer/dryer, stove, etc). He also gave us a history of the building (UNESCO site). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed and it was nice to be able to lounge in the living room after a day of site seeing in Barcelona. Both of our host Rebeca (pre-check in) and Alex were always responsive to our request. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona.

We had a wonderful stay in this superbly located apartment in Barcelona: 10 mins walk to both the sandy beach and also La Rambla. Our host Alex was most helpful and on hand with any questions.
