This was a very nice place to stay and on the larger side for a French VRBO. It was in a great area and you could hop on the metro right outside the door. You could also walk to many places if you like to walk. The place was very nice.

Great location, waking distance to so many places.Many Meto, RER, Bus options nearby.Restaurants and shops just below on street level to choose from.We chose location to be near event we were attending on Saturday night…we were able to walk.Bonus: several Christmas markets open in this neighborhood.

A week in paris

Was given incorrect login credentials for WiFi. I had to spend a lot of time getting this resolved and it took three days to get it fixed.

The apartment had good location and is a decent value. I have lowered some ratings for the following reasons:- it was not exactly as described and shows some signs of use, such as sagging mattress, missing decorations, old appliances, missing utensils, etc.- WiFi worked well once I was able to connect to it since instructions provided were completely incorrect and I had to figure it out myself - the biggest annoyance was the communication with property management, a large company replying with templated text. They requested security deposit but the system they asked to use to pay it was outside of VRBO and did not work, then kept saying check in instructions will not be provided until deposit is payed. Made me really nervous by not resolving this until day before arrival. Support was not helpful and if they canceled reservation, would not have paid difference between what I paid and higher rate of last minute reservation.- when I reported a few problems with the apartment, they asked to take photos and videos in such way that made me suspect they would be nitpicking every detail when checking out. I probably would not stay there again and also avoid this platform in the future.

Coupure d’eau + non remboursement de la caution

À l’arrivée dans l’immeuble nous voyons affiché un document notifiant que l’eau serait coupée pendant 2 jours de suite, de 8h. à 18h. J’ai contacté l’entreprise qui gère la location pour tenter d’en savoir plus et comprendre pourquoi nous avions pas été prévenu de ce problème avant notre arrivée. Après plusieurs échanges l’entreprise a conclu que cela n’était pas de leur ressort et qu’il ne pouvait rien y faire. J’ai tenté de faire valoir le fait que ce genre d’information affichée dans les immeubles était faite plusieurs jours voir semaines en avance et qu’il est difficilement justifiable qu’il ne soit pas au courant si ce n’est qu’ils ne visitent pas régulièrement les biens qu’ils mettent en location. Mais rien à faire, quelques excuses mais pas de solution de relogement ou de remboursement. Aussi, depuis plusieurs jours j’essaie de contacter l’entreprise chargée de la location pour procéder au remboursement de la location de 600€ mais je n’ai toujours eu aucun retour!

Veuillez noter que le dépôt de garantie est automatiquement libéré de notre côté une fois que vous avez quitté les lieux et que nous avons vérifié qu'aucun dommage n'a été causé à l'appartement. Nous vous suggérons de consulter votre banque pour comprendre pourquoi vous ne l'avez peut-être pas encore reçu.
