A superb Spanish retreat, this 3 bedroom villa has a fantastic pool area and garden with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Located in between Pollensa and Alcudia, you have the best of both worlds - a quaint old town, with narrow cobbled streets, combined with a much livelier resort. Both have a great choice of restaurants and shops. There's also a long sandy beach in Alcudia, plus the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa within easy reach. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, as well as WiFi.

Located on the outskirts of Pollensa, surrounded by the beautiful, rich countryside, Villa Figueral is only a short drive from a large and varied choice of facilities. The nearest restaurants and beach are in neighbouring Alcudia, but Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town and Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) are also within easy reach by car. The nearby waterpark, a choice of golf courses, water sport facilities and various attractions are also all at your fingertips!

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
