We invite you to this modern designed, stylish apartment with architectural touches of exposed brick walls, with all appliances brand new.
Bright and spacious, designed completely for you to enjoy, it has been fitted with all the essentials for your trip, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one an en-suite, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a solid wood dining table, high speed WiFi, smart TV, an areothermic heating / cooling system as well as a ceiling fan, that will regulate temperatures to your desired levels.
The private terrace is ready for you to enjoy Valencias 300 days of sun a year and outdoor living lifestyle, with a dining table perfect for alfresco breakfasts or dinners, and a cosy lounge area with solar lighting creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The entire apartment is on ground level and so is perfect for those with reduced mobility.
You will be in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with an abundance of amenities less than a 5 minute walk; supermarket, local market, well connected transport including bus stops & metro stations, as well as city bike stations, and an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars. We will even send you after booking, a link to our online maps of our favourite bars and restaurants around the city!

Originally from London, we moved to Valencia 5 years ago for the outdoor and laid back lifestyle. We have been successfully hosting here in Valencia for 4 years and have loved meeting people from around the world. January 2024 we bought this apartment specifically for tourism and had it renovated from scratch.

We love that this neighbourhood is directly situated between the city center and the beach, with the Turia River Park just a few minutes walk away. It is well connected to all areas of the city by public transport as well as the airport, and having a city bike station next to the apartment is an added bonus as the city is perfect for cycling.
This neighbourhood is very residential and has a local fresh food market, a supermarket and bars and restaurants in close proximity.

This apartment has been designed to a boutique standard with our guests comfort in mind, using quality furniture and is equipped with all you should need throughout your stay. It has a large, private sunny terrace with a 6 seater dining table and a lounge area covered by a pergola.
