The property is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV with Fire Stick, and a dining table ideal for guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and cutlery, as well as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.

The apartment has four well-appointed bedrooms: two with double beds each, one with a single bed, and another with both a double and a single bed. All beds come with linens.

The two bathrooms include all the necessary amenities, such as clean towels and free toiletries, for a hassle-free stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in Valencia’s Xerea district within Ciudad Vieja, the property lies in one of the city’s most atmospheric historic neighbourhoods. This area is characterised by narrow streets, elegant modernist architecture and a lively local spirit.

Just a short walk away are the Plaza de la Ciudadela and Plaza del Temple, both known for their peaceful ambience and historic charm. The nearby Palacio del Almirante is a magnificent Gothic mansion with a hidden courtyard and a rare example of medieval architecture preserved in Valencia.

For arts and culture enthusiasts, the Fine Arts Museum and Museo Fallero are within easy reach. These institutions showcase local artistic heritage and the culture of Valencia’s famous Fallas festival.
Another fascinating destination is the Museo Valenciano de la Ilustración y la Modernidad (MuVIM), offering engaging exhibitions and interactive exhibits.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
