We really enjoyed our stay here! Juan was so kind to let us check in much earlier and mark off things to do on a map for us. The location is amazing with Mercado Central right down the street and all the beautiful sights and restaurants within walking distance. The stairs up are very narrow with tight turns so if you have large bags just give yourself extra time. We would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Juan!

Juan is an exceptional host and the apartment is clean and in a marvelous area of Valencia. Step out the doors into 500 years of history. Juan gave us a map with key sites to see at check in, and the apartment is fully furnished with all necessities and many other thoughtful amenities! Note that there are steep steps in this historic building to get to the apartment and no lift so those with small children or large bags should be aware. The balcony overlooking the church is amazing, and we enjoyed having the Central Market within a 5 minute walk. We truly felt like we experienced the beating heart of Valencia and cannot wait to return!

Great spot close to everything

We loved the location, close to everything, short walk to central market. Host is very helpful and available for any issues.. quiet on the top floor with some nice outdoor space Apartment is trendy and beautiful.

The only criticism is that the apartment is very difficult to access because of no elevator. The stairwell is steep and narrow and very difficult to navigate with oversized luggage. Great place for a couple of friends or a family with two small children and lightweight luggage.

Great spot right in the Medieval area

Juan was very helpful and the apartment is lovely. Easy walking distance to many sightseeing locations. Nice vibe in the neighborhood. It is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so won’t work if you are mobility impaired. We would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to Valencia.

A gem in the heart of Valencia…

A fantastic place to stay and explore Valencia, lovely bars and restaurants just a stones throw, along with the cathedral and other major tourist attractions. Juan was brilliant with his communication before we arrived and whilst we stayed there and couldn’t do enough to help us.

Absolutely wonderful apartment just what we had hoped for, location was perfect nearby everything you could wish for, supermarket a 2 minute walk for food and drink, restaurants on your doorstep, 2 minutes walk to the cathedral. Very quirky apartment with an absolutely fabulous rooftop terrace which we sat on with a drink most evenings when kids had gone to bed. Should definitely recommend and will be thinking of visiting again

Lovely central flat

Lovely quirky flat really close to everything. We didn’t need to cook but all the basics are there. Comfortable to sit in the evening. Juan recommended local places to eat which were very good.

Fabulous apartment in Valencia

This is a wonderful, charming and very comfortable apartment right in the historic district. Very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of space! Rooftop terrace is lovely. The host Juan was there to meet us and provided great suggestions for touring. Highly recommend this property!

In the heart of Valencia!

This apartment is in a prime location and was incredibly well equipped. Our host was wonderful and always available to answer questions. Keep in mind there is no lift/elevator so there are a lot of stairs to the 4th floor but I didn't mind at all. I would stay in this great location and comfortable apartment again.

Fabulous stay

I highly recommend this property : very convenient location in the heart of the city, very cosy, rooftop with a beautiful view ! The only thing to know is that this is on the 4th floor without elevator, even if it was not a problem for us. Juan was also very reactive when communicating with us and shared a lot of good advice for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment located right in the historic center of Valencia! The location couldn’t be better—you're just a short walk away from all the must-see sites, including the Central Market, beautiful plazas, and iconic landmarks. Everything is right at your doorstep, which made sightseeing a breeze!The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s on the top floor, which gives you a nice view of the surrounding area. However, note that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout, but hey, it’s great practice for all the other stairs you’ll climb while exploring Valencia’s historic sites!The host was amazing—super helpful and communicative. They gave great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia, which really helped make the trip extra special.All in all, this place is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. The lack of an elevator is a small challenge, but the location and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommend it!

Exceptional Property, Exceptional Experience

This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town in beautiful Valencia. The space is well thought out with everything we needed, including nice touches of complimentary wine and Valencia oranges. The owner, Juan, has a gift for decorating, and he was easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful. Because it is an attic unit that includes a beautiful little balcony with a great view of Valencia Cathedral Bell Tower, it does include 67 steps to get to, so would not be suitable for older or less physically fit guests, but we loved it. We use VRBO for almost all our travel and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

This apartment was amazing. The interior was incredibly beautiful, unique, clean, and well-stocked. The location was amazing. Very walkable to dining and shopping, as well as the historic cathedrals you can see right from the windows and roof terrace. You can definitely hear the night life through the night, but that is the nature of such a convenient location. There are many stairs, so be prepared to climb! The host was so helpful in recommending places in the area and providing useful information as a local. He also was very helpful in scheduling our taxi to and from the apartment when our phones wouldn't work and responded very quickly! This was my favorite stay out of four hotels/apartments we visited in Spain- I highly recommend!

Hot Hot Hot!

It was a lovely penthouse with an excellent location. However the air-conditioner could not cool the livingroom below 27°. The main level bedroom was closer to 30° and the upstairs bedroom was hotter than that. We were unable yo use it for sleeping. Sleeping on the floor was not greeat.
