This guest stayed at my property. The dates of November 20th through November 24th over the weekend. He kept telling me there was a smell in the bathroom area which I took very seriously cause i have not had that happen. I asked him to help me identify the mystery smell. Was it plumbing related or other related He said he did not know. I even had my friend go in.as soon as he left, she could still not identify the smell. So I did not know what to do. So I went out on a limb and called a plumber in.. indeed, they said it was a broken toilet seal, and they put on the strongest seal they had. They said it can in mystery smell. Luckily, that seemed to solve the problem that was done on the 25th of November. Before the next guest checked in.. So indeed, there was a bad smell when he was there, that is true. The picture he is showing of the yellow and Gray. That seems to be an old bedspread that he.put on the bed and not sheets. During this same time. The owner of the cleaning business lost her crew, she said so she temporarily had her son clean. And he must have found an old bedspread that had been laundred, but nevertheless old. When I saw that I was very upset.that he put that on the bed when I had new bed spreads and i had new sheets i had supplied them that he could have used that look much so much nicer. I was told by other guests in my other vacation rental.that when this young man cleaned, the place was clean but everything was not organized so well. Since this incident the end of November. I have hired a new cleaning crew the best on the island.. They will start jan 1st 2026. When the current owner of cleaning business had her crew. I did not have cleaning complaints, but they were not so organized, putting things out for me. I see.when this young man cleaned he did not dump the trash for these people another mistake he made.. I do very much apologize to the guest. That stayed at this time. They arrived during a serious change over and during a time when there was plumbing problem. That was solved very quickly when they left.the day after and before the next arrived.

Thank you todd. I do try to keep my prices on the lodging which is the only part I keep as low as possible. I think you paid for the lodging portion 139 a night. I'm in a very good location in Key West, close to the beach and everything and it has a full kitchen and a full patio. We also just also did some renovation and updates.in this rental not shown on pictures.
