6ユニットの複合施設に位置するこの小さな協会は、サイモントン通りの旧市街の中心に位置しています。 ヘミングウェイハウス、バタフライコンサバトリーまで歩いて、ショップ、レストラン、ギャラリー、美術館があるデュバル通りを散歩します。

The room worked well for us as it was just the two of us, it would have been nice to have some sort of toiletries upon arrival like simple shampoo and body wash.

Yes, its true, I do not provide shampoo and conditioner but I do provide soap. There is a CVS Pharmacy only half a block away that is open 24/7 and is also a great source for food basics, drinks, suntan lotion and anything you may have forgotten to bring.

We had a fantastic stay! We had great communication with the host. The room was spotless and very welcoming. It had everything that we needed for our in Key West. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Wonderful communication throughout the booking process and our stay! The unit was very well furnished and in a great proximity to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping and Duval. It provided a perfect cooldown from our daily activities as the AC worked well. We were specifically grateful for fans and the drying rack. We will definitely keep this listing in our thoughts for next time.

Excellent place to stay - quite spacious for a ‘studio’, very clean, check in was a breeze, location was perfect. Would definitely rent again and refer to others!

Checking in was a bit of a hassle. Host typed in wrong code so we had to reach her to get a key to use. However, within about 30 minutes she did resolve the issue and entered the correct code for us to use.There were tiny little ants along the wall behind sink in bathroom and along backside of kitchen cupboards.The cocktail table in front of the 2 chairs was suppose to raise up to a kitchen table height, but we could not lift it.All minor things. Having said that, we would stay there again. The location was perfect, close to both the southern part of the island and Mallory square. Overall, We enjoyed our visit.

Thank you for your review, it is part of our agreement that you report issues to me, so I may have been able to address these issues while you were there, my husband was in town and would have come by. We do have a Pest service that would address the ants. I had not heard about the table issue before but it only lifts from one side, which should be the side where the chairs are located but perhaps it got turned around. There are no latches but it takes two hands to raise it evenly and it’s possible it could require some lubrication. I am very sorry about the code mix up.

I have been living in Key West since 1992 having moved here from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been doing vacation rentals since 2004 and my three properties keep me plenty busy. My properties are strictly rentals and they are not a second home. All three of my properties are licensed as transient rentals with both with the City of Key West and with the State of Florida.

This property was once a small hotel that was converted to condos, not something that would work in many small cities but here it is a gem. I love the location of this property and it offers what I would want in an accommodation; a big bed, a small kitchen and affordability. Many condos in Key West are restricted by their Association to renting for not less a week and this means owners must also stick to a rigid schedule of Saturday to Saturday to maximize bookings but this property does not have that restriction and offers the flexibility that guests love.
