Simonton Studioは、きちんとしていて、甘く、完全です。 このペットフレンドリーな宿泊施設は、キーウエストを探索するのに最適な場所です。 それで、そこから出てキーウェストに住み、キングサイズのベッドと、自分でカクテルを作り、エビを準備するのに必要なものをすべて家に持ち帰ってください。
6ユニットの複合施設に位置するこの小さな協会は、サイモントン通りの旧市街の中心に位置しています。 ヘミングウェイハウス、バタフライコンサバトリーまで歩いて、ショップ、レストラン、ギャラリー、美術館があるデュバル通りを散歩します。
このレンタルには駐車場は含まれていませんが、通りの正面に3つのスペースがあります。 私の指示で駐車場を見つけるための追加のヒントを提供します。 移動しないことをお勧めする駐車場を見つけると、旧市街中に駐車場を見つけるのが困難になるので、駐車したまま、歩いたり、自転車に乗ったり、無料のバスサービスであるデュバルループを利用するのが最善です。 デュバルループバスはこのコンドミニアムから半ブロック先に停車するため、非常に便利です。

We had a fantastic stay! We had great communication with the host. The room was spotless and very welcoming. It had everything that we needed for our in Key West. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Wonderful communication throughout the booking process and our stay! The unit was very well furnished and in a great proximity to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping and Duval. It provided a perfect cooldown from our daily activities as the AC worked well. We were specifically grateful for fans and the drying rack. We will definitely keep this listing in our thoughts for next time.

Very sorry, my apologies, bar soap should have been in the shower and at the sink, the cleaning staff must have slipped up. There should have been liquid hand soap at the kitchen sink as well. I do not supply Kleenex simply because storage space is very limited. Next time text me and I’ll see you get some soap.

The number one question I receive from guests before arrival is what type of coffee machine is provided, pod or drip. It has always surprised me that people consider that first mornings’ coffee to be a priority, but that is why I do provide pods for the first morning, just in case you didn’t bring any with you or you arrived too late to pick them up. This is a unit with a full kitchen and it is expected that you provide the groceries, I do not provide cream or sugar, just coffee pods for the first morning.

Perfect location

This place was great!! Perfect getaway and the location was great. EVERYTHING is just a few steps away. Great location to shops, restaurants, Duval street, and the beach. We really enjoyed Simonton Beach.

Our stay

Amazing stay, perfect for a little get away. Everything is in walking distance and we were able to park right in front of the complex and not move until we left. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect unit and location for us. Found a parking spot right in front of unit, never used the car while we were there. Easy walking distance to all of old town. Unit was fine, just as pictured. I had one question which Pam answered/resolved almost immediately. Very pleased with our entire experience.
