Situated in Mouile Point, Cape Town is where you will find this
stunning studio apartment perfect for singles or couples. Centrally
located, you’ll have convenience and entertainment at your doorstep.
Attractions such as the V&A Waterfront, The Metropolitan Golf Club,
Green Point Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, The Two Oceans Aquarium and
The Oranjezicht Market are all easily accessible from your destination
as well as high-end restaurants, The Virgin Active Gym, cafes and
well-known bars.
Although compact, this fully equipped apartment offers its guests a
comfortable, self-catering stay. The kitchen, complete with modern
finishes, provides sufficient space and includes a fridge, stovetop,
oven and fridge. Featuring a comfy double bed on a raised platform area
of the apartment which is separated from the living space by a
beautiful set of drawers, creates a more intimate sleeping area where
you are ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. Completing the unit is a
comfy couch where you can sit and enjoy your favourite TV shows on the
wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a dining area, seating four
people comfortably. The immaculate bathroom includes a sizeable shower,
a basin atop the vanity unit and a toilet.
The large windows allow an abundance of natural light into the
apartment as well as the fresh sea breeze reminding you how close to
the ocean you are. Make yourself at home in this irresistible apartment
with all linen and towels included with your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 37 Beach Rd, Mouille Point, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
