Cathles Road is tucked between “buzzy” Clapham and Balham which are south Londons coolest hotspots. There is a local community feel, offering a wide variety of restaurants, a selection of coffee shops, delis and brunch spots, some cool cocktail bars and plenty of characterful pubs. Balham & Clapham Town are 10-20minute walk in either direction. Located on the Northern Line underground there is quick and easy access into Central London to Londons infamous tourist attractions
