Although the building does not have a lift, the apartment provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay:

Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a complete set of utensils.

Modern private bathroom with shower, quality towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The location is unbeatable: just steps away you’ll find supermarkets, traditional and trendy bars, renowned restaurants, shopping centers, and gyms—making this studio the perfect place to call home while you experience Madrid.





THE AREA

The apartment is strategically located in one of the liveliest and most picturesque areas of Madrid. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the vibrant Plaza de Tirso de Molina, famous for its lively atmosphere and abundance of typical bars and restaurants. Whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple, you’ll have the chance to explore this bustling area and enjoy delicious local cuisine.



HOW TO MOVE

To explore destinations further afield, the Tirso de Molina metro station is conveniently nearby, served by Line 1.





IMPORTANT NOTES:

-The studio is located on the fourth floor with no elevator.



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

Great little apartment! Wonderful location. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the old area of Madrid. The bathroom was very small but good enough for a few days visit. Would highly recommend this little apartment!

Great location

Compact studio flat on fourth floor, you need to be moderately fit! Great location, especially for the big three art galleries in Madrid. Great little restaurant on the street, La Tipica. You can walk pretty much wherever you’re likely to want to go in Madrid, but the metro is 5 minutes away, as are supermarkets. The flat is quiet as it’s at the back of the building. The one downside is the bathroom, very narrow, up awkward steps. No plug in basin possibly because cracked. But in all, great for a stay of up to a week or so.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom ridiculously small - you had to sit on the toilet sideways and we both nearly knocked ourselves unconscious on the very low ceiling getting in or out of the bathroom. It is a 4 story walk-up. This is also the first rental we've had that supplied no coffee. Only an italian coffee pot (hard to use, made very strong coffee, and not a lot of it). We wish we had splurged for better accommodations.

Localização ótima (dá para andar por o centro da cidade a pé que o apartamento fica no meio, 5 minutos a pé e há um lidl, estação de metro, autocarros e cafés), casa completa equipada (toalhas, almofadas,secador, sabonetes, cozinha completa), televisão e internet muito bom, entrada no prédio/apartamento de bom acesso (sem ser as escadas sem elevador), anfitriões simpáticos.
