It offers a cozy double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with a sofa bed for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat is located in Calle Molino de la Corteza, a quiet pedestrian street just a few steps up from Calle Elvira 81. The garage is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

We’re always available to assist you. Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 and check-out until 11:00. Late check-in from 22:00 to 24:00 has a 25eur fee, and after 24:00, a 50eur fee upon request. Times can be flexible depending on availability, just ask.

The Albaicín offers a unique blend of Arabic and Spanish culture, with narrow streets, stunning monuments like the Alhambra and the Cathedral, and authentic tapas bars. The apartment is legally registered, and guest details must be provided for check-in. Parking is suitable for small or medium cars. Note: cars with gasoline engines built before 2001 or diesel before 2006 cannot access the city center.
