This bright duplex apartment, set on the first floor and attic, is perfect for families. On the main level you’ll find a cosy living room equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and filter coffee machine, two bedrooms, a windowed bathroom with shower, and two terraces, including one with a built-in fireplace for outdoor dining. The attic offers a double bed, a single bed, a second bathroom with shower (no window) and a washing machine. A covered garage space is included. The residence is located in a quiet area near the Thermal Spa and features a large swimming pool, a sunny solarium and free Wi-Fi on request, as well as a free beach shuttle available on request. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
