Very close to Bristol TN/VA where you will find an abundance of activities for the whole family such as Bristol Motor Speedway, Birthplace of Country Music Museum. 2 bedroom/2 bath with covered outdoor area that includes both Gas and Charcoal Grill. $195.00 per night for 2 people. Each additional person is $40 per night, this is a very strict policy. Max 7 people. We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property.

Play a game of Horse Shoe by day and enjoy an evening by the South Holston River roasting marshmallows at the Fire Pit, firewood included. This unit also boosts an outdoor shower in the warmer months. 

We also have a Coffee Bar stocked with to-go cups, ground coffee, K-Cups, assorted creamers and sweeteners. New 55" Smart TV in the Living Room offering most all of the streaming services. Many Local Fishing Guides available for hire to take you on the South Holston River by boat to some of the best fishing. Fishing Guides can also provide fishing gear and fishing instructions.



Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
