Puerto del Sol (Moraira) is a Mediterranean villa boasting an incredible location and views, just a 2-minute walk from Portet Beach and the restaurant area. Its large terrace offers stunning panoramic sea views and also features a fantastic swimming pool, sun loungers and a beautiful Balinese bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. Layout:
The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room and a very large kitchen, ideal for cooking with family or friends. From the living room, you can enjoy the incredible views thanks to the large windows overlooking the sea and the wonderful terrace with a swimming pool and Balinese bed.
On the same floor there is a guest toilet, and a spacious and comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

On the upper floor there are 3 very cosy Mediterranean-style bedrooms. All of them have air conditioning. Two of them each have two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a large shared bathroom in the hallway. One of them has direct access to the upper terrace with incredible views. The third and main bedroom on this floor is very spacious, featuring a large en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with views and furniture for reading, having breakfast in privacy, or enjoying the stars and spectacular night-time views.

Outside the property, you’ll enjoy the spectacular main terrace, complete with a porch and furniture for relaxing and having breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst taking in the best views, a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a wonderful Balinese bed for stargazing or sunbathing with a cocktail, and a magnificent barbecue area.
