South Point Surf house has 5 bedrooms - 3 double bedrooms and 2 family rooms - each family room has one double bed and one bunk bed. Each room has its attached bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and one bedrooms is on the 1st floor which is very spacious with a private balcony and his and her wash basins.

Long spacious verandah for dinning and living. Large tiled well equipped kitchen.

The chalet - is a luxury villa - this property has one double room and one twin room. Two extra single beds can be placed on request. Each room has its own private dressing room and attached spacious bathroom. Living and dining on the verandah and inside living room available.

At both properties the garden and pool is well maintained.

A dedicated team of staff will open up and clean the property, garden and pool by 6.30 am daily. These properties can be taken with or without staff. Night watchman available. Two managers and two supervisor available 24/7 to help you with your meal orders and tours. Our cluster of 6 villas are all in Kathaluwa.

Beach front space - 1 minute walk way, we have a beach front land for our guests to enjoy the ocean.

If any of our 3 beach villas which is just across the road is NOT occupied our inland guests can spend the whole day at any of our beach villas. There is No extra charge for using the beach villa facilities.

Ahangama is now very popular for surfing, surfing centers, cafes and bars. It is a buzzling place. Unawatuna and Mirissa is just 15 minutes from our properties. Plenty of local tuk tuk and buses available.
