Villa Urzais presents an enchanting retreat, a meticulously renovated traditional country house boasting three bedrooms and a generously sized private pool, exuding tranquillity. Located near the town of Lagoa, it offers easy access to the vibrant coastal charm of Carvoeiro, just a 10-minute drive away. This idyllic abode is conveniently close to essential amenities such as shops, cafes, and restaurants, while a short journey reveals an array of recreational options including golf courses, water parks, and marinas.



Step into comfort and elegance with accommodation for up to six guests. The villa comprises three bedrooms and two exquisitely refurbished bathrooms, all conveniently situated on the ground level. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen awaits, inviting culinary adventures, while the open-plan living and dining areas offer a seamless flow for relaxation and socializing. Two bedrooms feature sumptuous double beds, while the third provides twin beds, each adorned with built-in wardrobes and complemented by air-conditioning for optimal comfort.



Outside, a picturesque scene unfolds. A shaded terrace beckons with a large table and chairs, offering a perfect spot for al fresco dining or leisurely moments of repose. The focal point, a generously proportioned swimming pool, stretches an impressive 6x12 meters, newly refurbished with inviting Roman steps and a maximum depth of 1.70 meters at its deepest point, promising refreshing indulgence amidst the serene surroundings.



Please note:

- Groups of young people are not allowed.

- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.



The rental price includes:

- Towels and bed linen

- Pool towels

- Use of gas, water and electricity

- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning) and final cleaning

- Beds made upon arrival

- Use of internet

- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)



The rental price does not include (obligated extras):

- Deposit redemption: € 50 per week, non refundable (damage covered up to € 1.500 per booking).



Optional extra to book, on request:

- Extra cot: € 25 per week

- Extra high chair: € 25 per week

- Air conditioning / heating: € 200 per week

- Pool heating: € 225 per week



Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
