Beach view was great. Pool area was very nice and had ample seating. Place from the outside was dated. However, the inside looked newly remodeled and was spotless and comfortable. It was well appointed and in a good location. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Just note, there were a lot more rules than I've experienced at any other property.

Great for the price but not being able to smoke on the balcony or having a designated smoking area was inconvenient, also the showers could use some updates.Other than that it was a great experience.

Highly recommend this beach front property!The owner is amazing, she leaves perfect directions in the condo regarding parking , pool and beach. I only wish we could’ve brought our little schnauzer with us - we will be back in the future

Beautiful Property

Beautiful Property. The owner contacted us early and mailed us keys. Very clean, well maintained, right on the beach. There were a few inconveniences. You need a parking pass for your vehicle, it’s next to the front door. Key would sometimes get stuck in the door. You need a wristband for the pool, provided next to the front door. You also need a pass key number to the pool. Maybe a small book would be helpful. We knew the password to the pool, from our friends, who had a book in heir property. You need the password to get into the pool and then again when you come from the the ocean. Also there is a motion sensor that opens the door. You need to waive your hand in front of it. It’s behind you when leaving for the beach. Our friend clued us in on that one too. Anyway, we worked through our snags ourselves, but I’m sure the owner would have been helpful. A small book if certainly recommended.

Wonderful view and a great stay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen, linens, and plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Sherie was a wonderful host and all checkin / checkout processes were smooth. The place is located within a mile of Publix and all the necessary shopping. Restaurants were right up the road from Publix. Two things I’ll mention - not complaints - just information: First, the front door of the condo is about 100 steps from the elevator so you might want to bring a wagon or something for grocery trips. There is a small grocery cart on the property but that is parked at the other building so it takes a while to get it. Also, the beds are firm. We slept well but if you like softer beds, you might want to bring an extra pad. I heartily recommend this place and hope to return again.

Great stay at the Pelican!

The pictures of the view don’t do it justice! Had a great stay thanks to Sherie, she was a great communicator and host. The property is close to everything and has two great pools as well as being directly on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at the Pelican. Our condo was in a perfect location with amazing views of the ocean. Easy access to pools and beaches. Sherie was very attentive and just the loviest host. The beds were a bit firm for me, but perfect for my husband. Pools were great and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful sunrise

We stayed Friday-Monday. A nice long weekend. We enjoyed everything! The beach was beautiful. The pools were very convenient and not over crowded. The sunrises were spectacular! Very easy to communicate with the owner. A great time!

Great Beach Front Condo

We had the best time here and didn’t want to leave. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The condo was incredibly clean and well furnished. The pelican is the perfect place for a family getaway- close to tons of restaurants, and right on the beach. We will be back!

Great Spot

I've stayed at a few locations in the NSB area, and this was one of the best deals/locations. Great view, cozy furniture, and a huge kitchen island that is great for hanging out. The recliners in the living room are amazingly comfortable, but they will swallow items in a heartbeat. If you can't find something...look there first.

Quick 2 night Family Beach Getaway

What a beautiful and clean condo to enjoy in a great community will two great pools and very easy access to the beach. Awesome view from the living room looking through a double wide, fully retractable, set of sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back again soon. Fantastic place.
