This is a beautiful, fully equipped 3 storey townhouse in the 5 star La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia. It has 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 1 twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. The spacious lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and an accent chair. The townhouse is slightly North East facing with 3 separate terraces, ground floor equipped for outside dinning, the 1st floor has a luxurious patio set and the 2nd floor is a roof terrace. All three terraces have a view over the 6th hole of the golf course with the upper floors extending that view to the 7th hole. There is air-conditioning throughout, international TV and free WiFi



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
