The nearest town, Les Vans, is around 10 kilometres away and offers access to all the necessary amenities.This spacious and well-designed house spans two levels. On the first level, you will find a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the second level, there is a living room with a spacious dining area, a large open kitchen with a covered outdoor terrace and a gas barbecue, and a mezzanine overlooking the living area with an extra sofa bed. Furthermore, on this level, there are three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The house features 2 smart TVs. Please note! To go from the first floor to the ground floor, you need to use the outside stairs.The outside of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with an inviting private swimming pool (11x4,5m), a refreshing outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and all the furniture you need for convivial moments!In the area surrounding Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you'll find a host of activities to enrich your stay.
