Great house on the Cape

Loved our stay, the house had all the amenities you could ask for. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. I would recommend renting the golf cart for easy beach access. We absolutely love everything about our stay.

Family Vacation

The view was spectacular and the golf cart made the trip to and from the beach easy. The pool was a hit with the family and especially welcomed on red flag days.The drains in the bathroom sinks and tub drained very, very slowly and the Keurig coffee maker did not work. We advised the rental company of this so the problem could be corrected before the next renters arrived.This was the second time we stayed at Perfectly Pawful and highly recommend this house!

Great place to stay with your furry friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean home with nice pool and lots of room. We were able to swim the week after Thanksgiving with the heated pool with no issues. It was really nice to be able to watch our dogs in the pen from the swimming area. They seemed to enjoy it as well. The golf cart was super convenient to take to the beach and the price to add it was very reasonable. Beds were cozy. There were a few small maintenance issues and I did not find a place to inform the owner of these, however overall would rent this home again when bringing my dogs. Well worth the price and great location.

Beautiful Home, Golf Cart Necessary!

My family and I stayed in this home. Overall, it was very nice. We had a baby with us, so thank goodness we’d rented the golf cart. The beach access was a little iffy. We had to drive to a public access a few blocks away and since the golf cart is not allowed on Cape Road, we were off roading a bit. The house was well appointed, with the only thing it did not have was pot holders. Comfortable bedrooms, nice outdoor furniture. Pool was great. If not for the location/lack of beach access, it would have been perfect!

Wonderful House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is actually even nicer than the pictures. Well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The extra refrigerator downstairs is a real bonus because we brought all of our food for a week. The heated pool was great for the 4 year old traveling with us. They have a baby pack and play and highchair in a closet that we didn't know about. Lots of stairs to keep you in shape, but you can always use the elevator. I would suggest that renters with small children bring a couple of baby gates for the stairs. The furniture inside and out was really nice compared to most rental properties. We had an issue with an outside vendor and cape and coast took care of it. Definitely recommend this property

Great family home

Great house with beautiful views! Love the screened porches. Although it’s a short walk to beach, easy with golf cart and would be wonderful for families with small children who do not want to worry about them getting down to beach alone, great pool! Would recommend!!

Wonderful place, clean, beautiful views, great customer service

Loved this place. Beautiful property and location enjoying nice sunsets and views of the ocean. Golf cart was a great add on and made the short trip to the beach easy and fun with kids. Happy Cabana set up and gear credit was a nice perk, and made the stay very relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Will definitely come back.

Everything was great!

Very well stocked kitchen , great location to the ocean. Even with Marco & Laura trying to come in (storm & hurricane) . This is our 2nd was one at cape San blas . When there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. We would rebook.

I would have liked to had a broom/mop to clean up any messes we might have made or sand in the home. It is a perfect rental if you are bringing your furry friends. We all thought the elevator was wonderful especially for carrying luggage. The beach was a little further, so we either rode our bikes, but would recommend renting the golf cart. The pool was spectacular and the outside space was lovely. The views really made the house perfect.

Exceeded expectations

This was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The location was amazing, with great views from all windows. The golf cart rental is a must as it is a short walk to the beach access , but too far to carry beach items. The set up with Happy Cabanas was exceptional. Couldn’t have been happier with this home and rental company. Highly recommend.

Great house and pool!

The house and pool were perfect. The decorator did a fantastic job! We did not realize the beach was as far away as it was so we were thankful we took advantage of the golf cart rental. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with every pot and pan anyone would need. We especially loved the screened in porches. Loved our two weeks and recommend this home (with golf cart use) to families wanted a quality vacation house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really did enjoy our time at Perfectly Pawfect. Having the elevator was crutial for my mom who is limited in mobility. Having the private pool was perfect after spending the day at the beach. I liked having the added bonus of the beach toys, but now knowing that you have to walk down the street and back a block to the entrance to the beach, I would probably not pick any of the bigger items again (like kayak or paddleboard) since there was really no easy way to get them to the beach. Would recommend bikes for the whole crew instead! Loved that Perfectly Pawfect is so welcoming for the pups! It's not a vacation without my dogs, and this was the perfect spot.

Best Views on Cape San Blas!!!

Amazing views of the whole cape and both the Gulf and Bay. Beautiful sunsets. Even though it is on the main road, the house is situated perfectly and feels very private. Loved the screened in porches, they really added a lot to the experience. Do consider renting the golf cart, it was well worth the small cost associated. We just can not say enough good things. The elevator was an added bonus and we found it to be very helpful. We spent several days in the bay and loved the fact that the dock is completely private. Tons of scallops!! From the cleanliness to well appointed decor and house layout, you can't go wrong with this house!!!!
