Escape to this premier gulf front home in picturesque Cape San Blas! This charming, spacious property boasts 2,900 sqft, and a view of the Gulf from every room! And, with 4 separate bedrooms, there is plenty of space to have privacy, too! The gathering areas of the home have beautiful views overlooking the large furnished sundeck on the first living level. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and extra dining space at the bar. The bedrooms include 2 with king beds, 1 with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Guests will feel right at home with the first king master suite on the living level featuring a walk in shower and separate vanities, as well as a walk in closet and private laundry facilities, all with direct access to the covered Gulf side deck. The second level king master suite features a jacuzzi, separate walk in shower and separate vanities. The walk in closet and direct access to the 2nd level Gulf side deck make this a suite a beach side dream! Additionally, on the second level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Completing this level is a landing area with a writing/computer desk, seating area with lamp and a window seat with cushions, as well as a large laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, deep utility sink and drying rack. Just like the gathering spaces in the home, all the bedrooms have priceless Gulf views! The home also has high ceilings with ceiling fans throughout, four cable TV's, central heat/air, an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station and covered parking underneath. The home is dog friendly up to 30 pounds with associated pet fee. Located in a less populated area of the beach means no fighting for space when you get there! The private flat walkway to the beach makes getting to the sand a breeze. Plenty of parking, too, including room to park a boat. Make your precious time away memorable with a stay at Morning Glory!

Morning Glory was the perfect spot for our family trip. House was amazing, beach was awesome and the area is perfectly old Florida. Get away from the high rises, Surf Styles and people everywhere and come to the Cape.

The overall stay was great, amazing actually. The only thing that I’d say are the beds are not comfortable at all. There was one bed and that’s the downstairs king size bed was the only one that was comfortable. But that is minor. The location was amazing. The house was beautiful. It couldn’t have been better.
