Fully-equipped renovated apartment with terrace and shared swimming pool, with an excellent location in Puerto Rico at walking distance from the beach, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.
The apartment features a fully-equipped open kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa and large smart-tv, and with a dining area, a terrace with outdoor dining furniture, a main bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Guests have access to a big shared swimming pool and common sun-bathing area of the complex. The apartment has been recently refurbished and has free high-speed WIFI. The Puerto Rico beach and marina are 900 meters away, and the Mogan Mall is 500 meters away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 35 minutes away.
